If personal information of yours was collected and processed as a result of VE providing Services to a Company, your personal information is subject to the Company’s policies, if any. Please direct all your privacy inquiries, including any requests to exercise your rights, to your Company’s administrator. If you contact us by email and your personal information was collected as a result of VE providing Services to a Company, we can direct you to the right contact information for the Company.

Any of the information we collect or process from you may be used in any of the following ways:

To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from our agreement to provide Services to the Company (your business contact information is a key part of the Service we provide under our agreement with Company)
To respond to your request and personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual and the Company’s needs)
To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
To send periodic emails (the email address you may provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions)

Exclusion: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information except as outlined in this Policy without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.
