Personal information of yours collected and processed as a result of VE providing Services to a Company are subject to the Company’s policies, if any. Please direct all your privacy inquiries, including any requests to exercise your rights, to your Company’s administrator.

You can request to access or correct your personal information by emailing info@vital-enterprises.com. If personal information of yours was collected and processed as a result of VE providing Services to a Company, your personal information is subject to the Company’s policies, if any. Please direct all your privacy inquiries, including any requests to exercise your rights, to your Company’s administrator. If you contact us by email and your personal information was collected as a result of VE providing Services to a Company, we can direct you to the right contact information for the Company.

What do we use your information for? 
Any of the information we collect or process from you may be used in any of the following ways: 

  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from our agreement to provide Services to the Company (your business contact information is a key part of the Service we provide under our agreement with Company)

  • To respond to your request and personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual and the Company’s needs) 

  • To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you) 

  • To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs) 

  • To send periodic emails (the email address you may provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions)

How do we protect your information? 
We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Unfortunately, no security measures are guaranteed to be 100% secure, including the transmission of information via the internet. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures when you or Company transmit information to VE.

VE does not use cookies to track your activity while using the Website.

Exclusion: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance 
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information except as outlined in this Policy without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance 
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed and intended to people who are at least 13 years old or older, and no one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
